Project Management Intern
The position requires a candidate that is highly self-motivated, possesses outstanding organizational skills, and is interested in learning more about managing client relationships. The position will allow the candidate to help run their own project management workflow, under the supervision of an Executive Producer. The position is primarily focused on Project Management, but also requires elements of interoffice communication, client relations, scheduling, and asset management.
The intern will work alongside a team of highly creative individuals creating best-in-class content and audience development strategies.
-Help manage strong client relationships but not limited to, assisting to organize daily check in’s via email or phone calls, to weekly conference calls or in-person meetings to ensure success on behalf of our clients.
-Help coordinate assets and next steps among different departments in Coolfire including (but not limited to) the Producer, Graphic Designer, Account Manager, Production Manager, Director of Production and Director of Strategy.
-Helps connect and coordinate various departments assets are delivered to the Director of Strategy for promotion. Updates a dedicated spreadsheet with approved files and deliverables.
-May be asked to assist the Account Managerin translating viewer analytics into actionable creative to optimize future productions based on audience reaction.
