Job Description

Directly accountable to Vice President of Communications and Marketing
Works to produce video to engage BBB Accredited Businesses with BBB
Works to produce video to engage consumers with BBB services
Works to produce video to engage BBB employees in our five (5) offices
Works to establish relationships with Saint Louis area media to engage local media with BBB content
Serves as BBB spokesperson as needed
Works to maintain list of Saint Louis area media contacts as resources for BBB
Gives speeches and presentations to Saint Louis area community and business groups
Maintains and updates BBB’s library of speech presentations
Assisting President & CEO, Vice President of Communications and Marketing, and Vice President of Operations and Administration as needed
Assists BBB Regional Directors, as needed

Works to promote and communicate BBB’s mission to businesses and consumers

Possess strong communications and skills, in particular, oral communications
Flexibility for numerous job requirements
Demonstrate skills in written and oral communication at all organizational levels
