Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate designer to join our creative team as an Interactive Designer. Apply if you love great messaging as much as you love the typography it is set with. Designer Overview

Design and develop creative for a wide variety of projects including:

Websites UX

Web Apps / User Experience

Email Marketing

Digital Ad Campaigns

Print Marketing

Branding / Logo Identity

Environmental Graphics

Provide direction for the strategic development of client creative that tactically and proactively addresses business objectives

Work closely with designers, copywriters, developers and account managers throughout project lifecycles

Maintain a highly organized and detail-oriented approach to working with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


A portfolio that clearly communicates successful implementation of user-focused design solutions

2+ years of formal web and or mobile user interface design

2-3 years (minimum) of marketing or advertising industry experience (agency preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Advertising or similar field of study

Proficiency with designing in the Mac environment

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Apple iWork and Google Docs tools


Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. (experience with After Effects, Sketch and Figma is a welcomed bonus)

Experienced in digital and responsive web design for desktop, tablet and mobile device viewport presentations

Ability to rapidly visualize and prototype concepts

Exceptional creativity and willingness to push the boundaries of brand and interaction design

Knowledge of current branding, marketing, interactive, design and advertising industry trends

Strong adaptive time management skills when working with competing deadlines

Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail (it should bother you that this is the only bullet that uses the oxford comma)

Experienced in the creation of logo identities and brand guideline systems

Experienced in design for print and environmental applications

Fundamental understanding of pre-press production for commercial printing


Self-starting individual who takes personal responsibility for all actionable items relevant to project progress

Works collaboratively with all team members and departments
