Digital Project Manager
The Digital Project Manager manages all digital efforts on behalf of assigned clients as they move through the agency. The DPM is agency liaison, task leader, and budget advocate during all phases of the project process (pitching, planning, task delegation, project launch, reconciliation and amplification.) Our DPM must be results-minded, digitally savvy, organized, nimble, confident, and engaged in team task delegation and ultimate follow-through.

-Work closely with account, strategy, creative and development teams to drive project plans and schedules per TG established sprint plans.
-Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on-time, with all key stakeholders informed and expectations managed.
-Ensure all assigned projects and project milestones are delivered to agreed timelines and quality levels
-Analyze project requirements, develop iteration plans, and assess opportunities for improvement
-Develop risk management and mitigation strategies; identify scope creep
-Communicate project status and schedules to all key stakeholders
-Routinely interface with clients, agency leaders and internal team members
-Be a proactive thinker with an attention to detail, exceptional organization skills and a drive for results
-Support recognition for ‘wins’ in your team’s success(s) and also identify opportunities for improvement
