Job Description

The Account Supervisor plays an integral role within New Honor Society through dedicated thought leadership, working towards executional excellence and the development of breakthrough creative and developing new ways to grow the client’s business. This individual will be driven, organized and passionate about delivering great ideas efficiently and flawlessly. The Account Supervisor will also manage, coach and develop direct reports.


The Work/Relationship Management
• Strategic client and agency advocate dedicated to the mutual success of integrated team
• Demonstrate effective day-to-day leadership of Account team, providing direction, opportunity identification and guidance
• Partner with Creative team to develop innovative marketing solutions
• Lead client meetings, setting objectives and actively participating in selling New Honor Society’s position
• Daily communication with the client; focus on building existing and new relationships, mining for opportunities to deliver beyond client expectations

Business Management
• Understands clients’ business and marketing strategies, ensuring all executions meet brand standards and business objectives
• Responsible for implementing business plan for each client/brand
• Provide oversight for execution, analysis and optimization of marketing plans
• Be the expert on financial and contractual agreement adherence
• Responsible for proactive, accurate execution of billing systems

Team Supervision
• Manage/coach Account staff
• Author and deliver performance reviews, developing goals to further teams’ career growth


• Minimum 5 years of marketing/agency experience
• Superior leadership and mentoring skills
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation skills and confident public persona
• Solid understanding of budgeting large-scale projects
• Creative passion, bold and enterprising
• Strong interpersonal skills; effective team-building experience
